TERMS OF SERVICEViolating these terms will terminate the transaction between the client and the artist.
I have the right to refuse a commission or client.
Make sure to fully read these terms.
By commissioning me you agree to being 18 years of age or older.Violating these terms will put you on a blacklist.
_____________________________________________________GENERAL TERMS-Payment is via PayPal only, USD
-Payment is done in full before starting the commission
-I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made.
-If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started. Otherwise, your refund will be determinate on the amount of work complete.
A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE.Please only commission me if you have the funds and are sure you can spend that money on a drawing.
_____________________________________________________PROGRESS AND DEADLINES-Ideally, I will be able to contact you often during the process of your commission. At minimum you’ll be sent a WIP consisting of an early sketch.
-If there are any more than 2 to 3 mayor changes to the commission (specially after the sketch) an extra fee will be charged.
-Time spent on commissions can vary from a week to 6 months depending on factors such as work queue, complexity, health or family issues, etc.
*The client will be notified if an issue arises.
-Deadlines are negotiable ahead of time, but they will come with an added rush fee.
_____________________________________________________CONDITIONS-You MAY NOT commission characters you do not own without the original owner’s consent
-No overly specific requests (walls of text)
-No glorification of violence, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or community
-No sexualized depiction of an underage (under 18 years of age) person or character.
-No heavy fetish works.
-Commercial use must be disclosed at the beginning prior to acceptance of the commission.
-Use in AI generation, or for the use of AI art is strictly prohibited.
_____________________________________________________COPYRIGHT AND USAGE OF WORKI hold the rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner, therefore I have the right to:
-Promote myself with the art piece on any platform
-Present the artwork as a sample or portfolio piece to othersI won’t, nor have the right to:
-Turn any artwork or design into profitable goods or merchandise that will give gain personally or to any other individual or group who is NOT the client.PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND if your commission should remain private. I will respect and retain your privacy if desired.The client is allowed to:
-Crop or edit for personal layout purposes, icons, banners, etc. as long as the original content of the artwork is not edited.
-Repost the artwork on their social media.
Credit and/or link back must be provided.The following is considered copyright infringement
-Reproducing the artwork commercially (making money out of it, in any way, without the knowledge or consent of the artist)
-Use in AI art/AI generation, or NFTs
-Taking credit for the creation or crafting of the artwork itself
-Removing or altering any watermarks/signatures without the consent of the artist.
_____________________________________________________COMMERCIAL USECommercial rights fee will vary depending on its intended use, but it has a starting point of double the price of the artwork commissioned.
